[ 25-07-2008 ] STORMWARRIOR JOINS DRAGONIGHT AGENCY. We are happy to announce, that the German Speed / Heavy Metal force STORMWARRIOR joined the DRAGONIGHT AGENCY! STORMWARRIOR are known worldwide for their unique style combining True Heavy Metal anthems with the concept of Nordic mythology. Hailing from Northern Germany and greatly inspired by the 80’s metal scene, especially the Hamburg Metal godfathers like Helloween and Running Wild, the band was founded by Lars Ramcke. After releasing 2 demo tapes and playing dozens of live shows, Stormwarrior finally got the attention of one of their all time idols Kai Hansen (Gamma Ray/ex-Helloween) and recorded their selftitled debut album with him in Hamburg based Hansen Studios. The album hit the stores in July 2002 and praise from all corners of the globe has been streaming in since then. Successful festival appearances at the Wacken Open (Ger), Gates Of Metal & Motala Metal Festival (Swe), a tour with Iron Savior and the EP „Heavy Metal Fire“ followed. End of 2003 STORMWARRIOR entered Hansen Studios again to record the strongly awaited second album “Northern Rage” which was released in June 2004 and proved once more that Stormwarrior are on the right path to reach the level of the bands that had once inspired them. After the successful release of "Northern Rage" they were invited to support Gamma Ray on their Japan tour and to play all the big festivals like Wacken Open Air, Bloodstock (UK), MANOWAR's Magic Circle Festival and Earthshaker during the past summers. And besided proving that they are one of the hottest live acts of our times STORMWARRIOR added a special set to their live show, which they played together with Kai Hansen celebrating old Helloween classics of the glorious “Walls” era. Now the band is back with their 3rd studio album "Heading Northe", recorded in their own "Thunderhall Studio" and mixed by Piet Sielck (Savage Circus, Iron Savior). The final mastering was done by Tommy Hansen (Helloween, Hammerfall, Pretty Maids a.o.) in his Jailhouse Studios in Denmark. Much like a thunderstorm, "Heading Northe" is full of power and energy. Riffs cutting like razorblades, pushing drum and bass attacks and melodies that stay etched in your mind! With “Heading Northe” Stormwarrior stay true to their music, measuring up to the highest standards – that´s pure metal without any mediocrity!

[ 07-07-2008 ] MASTER / ESTUARY US TOUR 2008. Legendary Death Metal pioneers MASTER will be touring in the good old USA in October 2008. Label mates and one of Americas most promising death/thrash metal acts ESTUARY will be direct support. The tour will be presented by Matt Bishop and his new agency called Central Illinois Metal Booking Agency and Tours. Speckmann will return for two weeks to his native land for a string of concerts. The lineup will feature American musicians that will be named shortly. This will be Masters first US tour in 10 years and is sure to be an event not to be missed. Speckmann the mastermind behind MASTER comments: "I look forward to returning to America to play tracks from the soon to be released 'Slaves To Society' on Ibex Moon records in July. We will also feature tracks from the earlier CDs as well as the last several. I hope the fans will come out and support a true underground band. " ESTUARY states collectively: "It's an absolute honor to be a part of this tour with MASTER. We've had the sick fortune of sharing the stage with some of our greatest influences, and now we can add the mighty MASTER to this list. We are humbled. Due to outstanding success of HARD ROCKER - the printed magazine feat. the DRAGONIGHT AGENCY crew, and DRAGONIGHT's owner Bart Gabriel as the editor in chief, we have decided to minimalize our activity to management and booking of only few chosen bands, that were our top priority artists during last months. It means that from now we only work with: CRYSTAL VIPER (Poland), HALLOWEEN (Usa), KRUK (Poland), LONEWOLF (France), METALUCIFER (Japan), NUNSLAUGHTER (Usa) and SABBAT (Japan). We want to thank to all of the great bands, partners and first of all - friends - that worked with us, trusted us, and often also supported us in our challenge, during last 11 years of our activity. We hope you will understand our decision: we don't want to make any empty promises, so if we can't give you 100% of ourselves, we prefer to not even start. Thank you and METAL ON!!!

[ 23-06-2008 ] DETROIT METALLERS HALLOWEEN HAVE ISSUED THE FOLLOWING UPDATE: "Due to a difference in artistic vision, Halloween and Donny Allen [guitar] have decided to part ways. Donny has been a staple in this band for over 16 years and we love him like a brother, he will always be family and we hope the best for him. Good luck, Donny. MOURNING SUN/NIGHT CREATURE guitarist extraordinaire Don Guerrier and ABANDON axeslinger Shawn Moore have joined the band. After only one rehearsal with these two, we were blown away by how great it sounded, and we are very excited by the possibilities that are already starting to present themselves. We can't wait to get this new line up out for some shows, we know you will be just as blown away as we are. We are close to finishing up the new disc, "Terrortory". The basic mix is set, the editing is almost finished, and the guitar solos are being done as we speak. There are a few really cool surprises on this disc that we know all you fans of Detroit Metal are going to love. That's all that we can say about that for now (don't wanna spoil the surprise).
